  • Can I come see the space?

    Yes! You can certainly set up a walk through with our team. Typically we host these on Mondays!

  • How do I hold a date?

    To hold your date, for both weekday or weekend packages, please create a submission on our website. You can also send a direct email to us at 4letterwordevent@gmail.com

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    Credit/Debit card, we will submit an invoice for balance via email.

  • Who provides linens, glassware, etc?

    FLW has some basic centerpiece and decor options, glassware, and simple linens you are welcome to use for an additional fee.

  • Who does the setup and break down of my tables and chairs?

    Depending on the package you book, our staff will put out tables and chairs prior to the event and tear down after the event. If you book the basic package, this service is not included. For all events, we ask that the space be left the same way it was delivered.

  • When can we start setting up for the event?

    You may enter the space and begin setting up at the start time of your event booking. For example, if you book the space from 12pm to 3pm, you may enter the space at 12pm to begin setting up. If you would like additional time for set up or tear down beyond your package hours, you are welcome to pay for additional time if the space has availability.

  • When do I need to have everything out of the space?

    You need to have everything cleaned up and moved out of the space by the end time of your reservation. For example, if you book the space from 12pm to 3pm, you need to have the space cleaned up and all guests out of the space by 3pm.

  • Can I use my own caterer?

    Of course. If your event requires any further licensing to host you are responsible for obtaining that license and providing it with the owner within contracted timeframe.

  • Are pets allowed on site?

    We only allow service animals at this time. Please leave your BARK and MEOW friends at home.
